- T's and C's for current holders of the 200 Club remains unchanged
- No 200 Club purchases from 01/10/2023 will be supported by the T's and C's highlighted on any previous marketing material including the website and any receipt you have from the shop purchased.
- Your 200 Club membership entitles you to unlimited haircuts only at the Headcase Barbers from which the membership was purchased. All other services and products will be charged at the going rate.
- Other services, which may incur an extra charge, include Skin Fades, Beard Trims, Wet Shaves, and Head Art. Please make sure you speak with your barbers to ensure you clearly understand what services are included in your membership and the services which are included in your membership may change from location to location.
- Only full (minimum 12-month) 200 Club memberships are entitled to six ‘travelling’ haircuts in any of our participating shops. To find out whether a shop is participating in the scheme please visit the shop location page on our website.
- If you have purchased either a 3-month or 6-month membership, you may upgrade to a 12-month membership at any time to receive the six 'travelling' haircuts.
- You are the only person who can use your 200 Club membership. It cannot be passed to, or used by another person.
- Your 200 Club membership can only be used during opening hours. Unforeseen changes to opening hours must be accepted.
- The 200 Club cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- We are pleased to offer you a 14-day 'cooling-off' period, from the date your membership began. This entitles you to a refund from the shop you purchased your membership at, minus the cost of any haircuts which have been included in the cost of your membership.
- There is an early termination admin fee of £10 if you choose to activate your refund.
- After your 'cooling-off' period, or 2nd haircut, no refunds will be able to be issued.
- You cannot exchange your 200 Club membership for cash.
- We retain the right to withdraw any 200 Club membership privileges at any time, with good reason, without a refund.

- We do not automatically renew your membership.
- Your membership is with the Headcase Barbers where you join, and not with any particular barber or member of staff.
- Memberships cannot be transferred to another Headcase Barbers at any point, including in the event of a shop closure.
- In the event of a shop closure your membership will be terminated and you will not be able to receive a refund for any part of your payment.
- In purchasing a 200 Club membership, you are entering into a contract with the shop you purchased the membership at. HCB Franchising Ltd is not a party to this contract.
- We reserve the right to charge for the booked service at the going rate where you are substantially late or fail to attend for an appointment. No further appointments will be accepted until this charge is settled.
- In the unusual event of a shop forced closure, your shop is not obliged to offer any refunds for the period they were closed.
- In joining our 200 Club and submitting your personal details, you agree that your personal data will be held and processed by HCB Franchising Ltd for the purposes of administering your 200 Club membership. From time to time, we may send you selected promotional
